Basic Frame
Our basic frames are designed for the budget minded looking for a simple but attractive frame to display their valuable diploma. Besides diplomas, these are perfect for certificates and special presentations award documents.
Moulding
Our frames are made from beautifully grained, durable hardwood that is milled and stained by expert craftsmen. For our lacquered mouldings, each is hand finished and coated with no less than six layers of lacquer producing a high gloss piano finish. Our satin finish mouldings offer a timeless elegance with a warm natural essence to them. All wood used in the production of our elegant frames is plantation grown - never from rain forests.
Our Sleek frame line is a narrower moulding (1" wide) than our Elite or Traditional line (1" 9/16" wide). Our Sleek line is made from the same premium hardwood as our Elite Line and uses the same color and gloss lacquer finish.
Matting
Elite Frames exclusively uses archival matting that meet and exceed Library of Congress standards for document preservation. Our archival matting is both 100% acid (PH neutral) and lignin free, making sure your achievement lasts a lifetime. The matting is also highly fade resistant to withstand ultraviolet light.
You will love the different variety of mats to choose from. You can choose any combination that you would like to match your school colors as well as your home or office decor using our Design a Frame feature.
Medallions
Elite Frames are particularly proud of our medallions. For SELECT schools where we offer these medallions, they are standard on all of our Elite line of frames. These highly detailed, typically 3-dimensional medallions are plated in various metal finishes including our signature 24kt. gold plating.

Nameplates
Another Elite Frames first.....gold embossed school nameplates. For SELECT schools where we offer our unique gold embossed nameplates bearing your institution's name, these school nameplates are designed to stand out from the matting for prominent distinction. Namplates are optional. If you prefer to not have one applied, order a frame without.

Additional Touches
All frames includes our fiber backing board to prevent foreign particles fromentering the frame interior. The fiber backboard allows easy insertion or removal of the certificate while giving added protection.
All hanging hardware is already attached to the frame and once document is inserted, is ready to be hung.
Attached to the backing board are rubber bumpers to prevent scracthing or marring of walls.
Glass
We generally use standard picture frame glass for all frames. UV (ultraviolet) and Non-Glare glass is available for additional fee. Fee is determined by size of frame.
We include hinging tabs designed specificly for hanging documents in frames. Mounting takes only minutes with the enclosed easy to follow instructions.
Shipping
All frames are packaged securily for shipping. In the unlikely event that shipping damage occures, just let us know and a new replacement frame will be shipped to you at no charge.
